G-LOVE Work

I love infield defense. I love infield drills. I love watching great defenders work on their craft and show off their skills. I love everything about the infield, which is why I am always looking for new drills, trying to improve upon an old one, or creating my own. Here is my latest STACK.com article featuring a new take on an old drill (and the old drill).

Who's on First

We have spent a lot of time over the past three years working on speed training as it relates to base stealing. The majority of the time, the focus has been on position players. In the video below, one of those position players who is no stranger to my speed videos, Zach Mosbarger, makes another appearance. But we have a surprise visitor demonstrating some of our base running drills. Say hello to DJ Stastny, who makes his video debut. For the full article, along with past articles, check out STACK.com. For more videos, check out The Coach's Cave YouTube channel.
